Pack size: 8oz ground Mushroom Coffee

Servings: 30 (variable)

Instructions: The brew ratio is1-2 tablespoons of ground coffee per cup of water. This coffee is ground, not Instant. Standard drip grind that works with every brew method. If you love hot coffee, I love using the French press. 

I personally recommend to cold brew Mushroom Coffee.  Heat can defragment and potentially destroy some of the triterpenes in the extracts that I infuse into the coffee. Don't worry, the Beta D Glucans, the most sought after compound, are heat stable and will not be damaged by hot coffee extraction methods. :)

Cold Brew Ratio: 8oz ground mushroom coffee to 2 quarts of filtered water. Mix together and keep in fridge for 24 hours. This creates a concentrate, please dilute to taste with fresh spring water. We add 30% more water to the concentrate!
