How to brew

1. Start with 1 tablespoon of ground coffee per 8 oz of filtered water.
2. Brew with your preferred method, following your equipment’s instructions. Try a pour-over to explore the flavor notes, or use your everyday drip coffee maker or French press.
3. Enjoy black or add milk and sweetener to taste.

Prefer a bolder cup? Increase the amount of coffee to suit your taste. Using more grounds reduces the number of cups per bag. The up-to-33-cup estimate is based on the suggested tablespoon measure; actual yield depends on your brewing ratio.

Prefer it cold?

For cold brew, combine the 8 oz bag with 2 quarts of filtered water. Steep in the refrigerator for 24 hours, strain thoroughly, then dilute to taste and serve over ice.
