Brew Instructions

• Hot Coffee: Use 1–2 tablespoons per cup of filtered water. Best for a pour-over (to highlight the bright notes) or an Aeropress.

• Cold Brew: Because this coffee is shade-grown and acid-balanced, it makes an incredibly smooth cold brew. Use a ratio of 8 oz ground coffee to 2 quarts spring water, and steep for 24 hours in the fridge for a clean, floral concentrate.
