Brew Instructions

Hot Coffee

• Use 1 tablespoon per 8 oz cup of water

• Brew using:

  • Drip coffee maker

  • French press

  • Pour-over

Pro tip: High-quality water makes a noticeable difference.

Cold Brew

Cold brewing creates a smoother coffee and helps preserve more delicate mushroom compounds.

Ratio:

• 8 oz ground coffee

• 2 quarts filtered or spring water

Instructions:

• Steep in the fridge for 24 hours

• Strain and dilute to taste (we recommend adding ~30% more water)
