Each serving of our mushroom coffee contains 500 mg each of Reishi, Chaga, and Turkey Tail mushroom extracts - mushrooms long appreciated in global folk traditions for their grounding and balancing presence.

These extracts are wild-harvested and carefully selected to honor the old ways, allowing the forest to speak for itself.

We source our coffee directly from a small, family-run farm in Colombia, working through relationship-based sourcing that goes beyond standard fair-trade certifications.

• Grind: Drip grind (not instant)

• Roast: Medium-dark

Brew Instructions

Hot Coffee

• Use 1-2 tablespoons per cup of water

• Compatible with:

  • Drip coffee makers

  • French press

  • Pour-over

Personally? French press is a favorite - but pour-over really lets the flavor shine.

Cold Brew

Cold brewing produces a smoother coffee and helps preserve more delicate mushroom compounds.

Ratio:

• 8 oz ground coffee

• 2 quarts spring or filtered water

Instructions:

• Steep in the refrigerator for 24 hours

• Strain to create a concentrate

• Dilute with water to taste (we recommend adding ~30% more water)

Pro Tip

Use high-quality water whenever possible. It makes a noticeable difference in both flavor and mouthfeel.
